Returns & Refund Policy.
Time Frame for Returns

Online Shopping: You have 28 days from the shipping date of your order to return standard merchandise.

Shopping at a Physical Location: You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return standard merchandise.

Limited Edition or Custom Items: Due to their unique nature, all sales of limited edition or custom items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exceptions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns.

Termination.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Golden Éire Records Service at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Golden Éire Records, its artists, or third parties, or for any other reason. If your account is terminated by Golden Éire Records for violation of these Terms, any outstanding fees or charges must still be paid in full. You may also terminate your account at any time by navigating to the account settings page and following the termination instructions, or by contacting Golden Éire Records' customer support.

Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be deleted, including but not limited to, your playlists, saved music, and account preferences. You will lose access to all Golden Éire Records Service features and any content or data you may have generated or accumulated during your use of the Service. Provisions relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution, limitations of liability, and any other terms that by their nature should survive, will continue to apply even after your account is terminated.
Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Éire Records, its affiliates, officers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms will limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
Updates & Modifications.
Golden Éire Records reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of such updated Terms. We may attempt to notify users of any changes to these Terms, although we are not obligated to do so. It remains your responsibility to regularly check these Terms for updates. When possible, Golden Éire Records will consult with affiliated artists before making significant changes that may affect their rights, revenue, or content.
Dispute Resolution.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Initial Resolution

Customer Support: If you have any concerns or disputes about the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Golden Éire Records' customer support.
